How to use 25% Hydrogen Peroxide Professional home Teeth Whitening Kit

Step 1: Heat the mouth tray under hot water to warm it up for about 10 seconds, then shake excess water off.

Step 2: Put the mouth tray over your teeth and use your fingers to gently try to mould it to your teeth.

Step 3: Take the mouth tray out and apply some of the gel evenly into the tray.(0.25 to 0.5ml for each tray, any more is just wasted).

Step 4: Put the tray back onto your teeth and leave it there for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 5: Open the LED Light to irradiate the tray.
